2. Quote Process & Payments
- Quotes provided are estimates and subject to verification.
- Payments and financing options are processed through third-party providers.
- A contract must be signed and approved before coverage becomes active.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations may be subject to fees and provider policies.
- Refunds are determined based on contract terms and provider policies.
- Customers must follow the contract administrator’s process for cancellation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Mayhew Auto Protection is not responsible for:
- Denied claims due to misrepresentation or contract exclusions.
- Repair costs beyond the agreed coverage.
- Service delays from third-party administrators.
5. User Responsibilities
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- Read and understand the full terms of your vehicle service contract before purchase.
